It can be played in many different ways, including 5 on 5, 3 on 3, H.O.R.S.E, and on a court or blacktop. The most popular league is the NBA, which is the basketball league in the United States. There are many leagues around the world, with most countries having a professional league. It is very globalized, and a sport that many kids play growing up and into their adult life.
